When you contact us or book a session, we collect only what we need to take care of you:

- Health information you choose to share — anything you tell us about injuries, conditions, pregnancy, or sensitivities so your session is safe and effective. Sharing it is always your choice.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
- We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks.
- We do not see or store your card or bank numbers — payments are handled by Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo, or made in cash.
How we use your information
We use your details to schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders you have agreed to, answer your questions, and keep simple records of past sessions so we can serve you better next time. That is the whole list.
Health information
Anything you share about your health is used for one purpose only: adapting your session so it is safe and effective for you. It is kept confidential and is never shared or sold, except where the law requires it.
Payments
Payments are processed by Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo, or made in cash. When you pay through one of these services, the transaction is governed by that service’s own privacy policy. We never receive or store your card numbers or bank credentials.
Cookies & analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and page requests) to keep the site running and secure. If we ever add analytics, we will choose a privacy-respecting tool and update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and session records only as long as they are useful for serving you and for the basic records a small practice must keep. If you would like your information deleted, ask — see below.
Your choices

Children
Our sessions are designed for adults. Minors are welcome only with a parent or guardian’s written consent and presence, and this website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children online.
