The studio from the front of the table — the face cradle waiting, gongs and cymbals on one side, crystal bowls and hand pans on the other

Field recording · the red rocks above Sedona

Three of the instruments you will hear — recorded outdoors, one take, no studio.

Every Wednesday evening, 7:30–9:30 PM, the studio becomes a cozy gathering place for sound, meditation and healing. It is very casual — a small group of up to eight people, with Vance and sometimes a few local healers sharing their energy and instruments.

How the evening goes

Come in, get comfortable and take a cushion or choose a seat. There is no formal setup and no need to know what to do. The sound simply begins — gong, quartz crystal bowls, hand pan, didgeridoo, flutes and tuning forks, all played live.

You can join in with the instruments, or simply sit quietly and meditate with the sound. Each evening unfolds a little differently.

Reserve your space

Text 928.301.0289 to reserve your space. Availability is limited to eight people, and occasionally Vance may need to cancel or change the evening, so please text ahead.

Good to know

  • $40 per person, paid at the door by Zelle, PayPal, Venmo or cash.
  • Come as you are — seated or comfortably resting with a cushion. The evening is relaxed, intimate and very Sedona.

What is a Sound Bath?

Working with a client’s chakra system, aura and energy body. I work with tuning forks along with other instruments such as the gong, hand pan, quartz crystal bowls and crystal pyramids, didgeridoo and flutes.
