These terms cover the website vancesedona.com and sessions with Vance Bleaux (“Sedona Bodywork,” “we”). By booking a session or using this site, you accept them. They are written to be read, not skimmed past — the whole document takes about three minutes.
Wellness services, not medical care
Our sessions — massage, deep bodywork, sound healing, energy work, and intuitive readings — are offered for relaxation, stress relief, and general well-being. They are not medical, psychological, or chiropractic care. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and nothing here replaces the advice of your physician. If you are under care for a medical condition, please check with your provider before booking.
Your part in a safe session
Bodywork is a collaboration. Before your session, please tell us about anything that matters for your safety: medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery or injuries, medications, allergies, or sensitivities. During the session, speak up at any time about pressure, temperature, or comfort. We may decline or adapt a session when we believe it would not be safe for you — that is care, not rejection.
Intuitive readings
Psychic and intuitive readings are offered as personal insight and guidance. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice, and no specific outcome is promised or implied. What you do with the insight is always your own choice.
Appointments & payment
Sessions are booked by call or text at 928.301.0289. Prices are listed on the Services page and may change with notice on this site; the price quoted when you book is the price you pay. Payment is due at your session by Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or cash. Rescheduling and cancellations are covered by our Cancellation Policy.
Respect & boundaries
Every session is a professional therapeutic session. Appropriate draping is used at all times during bodywork. Either of us may end a session if boundaries are not respected. This protects every client we see, including you.
Age
Sessions are for adults 18 and over; minors are seen only with a parent or guardian’s written consent and presence at the studio.
Limitation of liability
You choose our services voluntarily, for wellness purposes, and to the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law our total liability for any claim connected to a session or this website will not exceed the amount you paid for the session in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
This website
The content of this site — text, images, and design — belongs to Sedona Bodywork and may not be reused without permission. We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but we cannot promise the site is always error-free or uninterrupted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will post the new version here with a new “Updated” date. Continuing to use the site or book sessions after a change means you accept the updated terms.
